Description

Cody Royle is an author, international keynote speaker, podcast host and football coach. He is the head coach of AFL Team Canada, the men's national program for Australian Rules football. 

 Cody is a standout voice in the crossover of leadership principles between sports and business. His first book, Where Others Won't, proposed that businesses should learn from how sports teams focus on team dynamics and talent optimization in order to gain a competitive advantage. Cody's ideas were validated by noted team-builders from across the sporting landscape, including Ted Sundquist (Denver Broncos), Ralph Krueger (Southampton FC), and Joe Dumars (Detroit Pistons).  

 The success of Where Others Won't spawned a one-of-a-kind podcast series of the same name, which has featured A-list guests such as Adam Grant, Claude Silver, Daniel Pink, Patty McCord, and Mike Lombardi. The show has reached the top 100 on iTunes in Australia, Canada, Croatia, and Ireland. 

 A native of Melbourne, Australia, Cody resides in Toronto, Canada with his wife.
