Alka  Sharma is making waves in the fitness world with her unique style and drive for a healthy lifestyle. Her three passions are dance, kickboxing and helping individuals reach their full potential by nurturing them to be passionate about health and fitness. Her own journey has been challenging and she struggled with weight, a lack of self confidence and self-esteem in her formative years. That journey has  inspired her to help other women aspire to a journey using insights she has gained on her own path.

Alka is an accomplished professional ballroom dancer having competed both locally and internationally. She truly enjoyed the high of dance performance and training which in turn led to her journey of fitness began.
