Description

Originally from Czechoslovakia, Monika grew up in a small town with 30,000 people in a business minded family. Her father was in finance and her mom was a certified public accountant. Both parents exhibited strong work ethic that Monika would soon adopt as her own.

At the early age of 12 , Monika left her home for a running boarding school to pursue her dream of running in the Olympics and represented her country at international levels.

Monika received a BA in a marketing and management...but had to repeat her schooling again once in USA.....After working with General Mills and 3M company where she was trained as Six Sigma and participated in a women leadership council, she relocated with her family to Cincinnati in 2004 for her husbnad's job.

Monika aquired her real estate licence shortly after, and used her management and marketing skills to grow her real estate business and becoming #1 Remax Agent in Southern Ohio from 2011- 2019. Her work ethics, fun personality and savy business background positions her well for her sucess....

In 2018 she took her real estate practice to the next level and obtained Broker License in preparion to open her own brokerage.....

She explored every business brokerage model for about 1 year before she moved her license to EXP and the rest is history...She is attracting, coaching, and helping agents accross the country elevate their business to the levels she has reached herself...leading by example...

On top of her real estate practice Monika was one of the frsit agents in Cincinnati Launching the American Dream TV show in 2018..and then later launched her own podcast " the made it happen" where she interviewed people from all walks of life with the story that would inspire all...

To give back to her community, she is extremely involved with her running....She coaches Track and Field as well as Cross Country for over 15 years..

She is very involved with her Catholic Community and their events as well as charities...

The most important WHY in her life are  her beautififul  5 children, 1 girl and 4 boys..(age 20-10)

EXP has fired her up to take all of her real estate know how to the next level...and build something that will create a legacy for her kids...
